17 months and sedation isn't working

Please help me my baby is 17 months and won't sleep. She has 40 mins in day but wakes every 40 mins to 1 hour in the night and wants to get up at between 2 and 3 am.
She has been on sedation for 6 weeks and even that isn't working any more. please help me

You have a couple ways of moving the nap.

1)probaby the easiest way is to do it gradually - move it later by 15/30 minutes every 3 days to let your lo's body clock adjust without them getting too overtired e.g. 10:45/11am for the first 3 days. 11:15/11:30 the next 3 days, etc - until you get it where you want it to be

2)Go cold turkey and keep your lo awake until the later nap time - you would need to do a lot of distracting, give snacks,etc to keep your lo awake and you could run the risk of your lo getting so overtired that they will not go for a decent nap anyway.

My dd had a nap around 11.30am for ages and its only recently (She's 22 months), that it has started being a bit later at around 12 o'clock.
