That's why MN should never have been on FB in the first place.... There is very little control on what is hapening there compared to the website....

i have C&P'd her posts over on the other thread.

I have flagged every one of her posts on that vile thread. MNHQ should be doing all they can to get her barred from FB completely nevermind their group

Hi all, we've blocked Claire Khaw from our FB page.

can she not be kicked of fb?

Ok I've checked and we did receive two reports but not until 8pm and another at 8.30 - duty person was putting her kids to bed so didn't clock it until after 9 and then had to catch up on everything - sometimes. I'm afraid there are small gaps in service but as a rule if you report stuff using the report button/ red exclamation mark (if you're on classic) then we'll get to it within the hour or two. We also look at site stuff through the day - but not all day so reporting is safest.

Justine, can you clarify whether anyone from MNHQ actually reads the comments on your FB page? The impression I've tended to get, perhaps erroneously, is that MNHQ's focus is on Twitter and that the routing of some tweets through to FB is more of an afterthought and doesn't get the same degree of follow-up.

Agree with ProfLayton.. I realise MN is effectively user-moderated, but really, he/she has been spouting his/her shite for months (well, at least since April) - doesn't anyone from HQ read the FB comments??! Am a little surprised if not.

Don't you have to have a MN user name to be accepted onto the FB site though? Is s/he on here too?

Byhtewayitsstillme - has that been postd on the FB page? Can we start a thread warning of that?? I clicked on a link on here that sent me to her page and now I'm furious that she will make money from it.
