We're thinking of doing an MN Guide to Style and Beauty - but we can't do it without you!

We'd love you to post bestest, wittiest, most practical style/hair/beauty tips, secrets, rules, dos and don'ts on this thread.

Obviously, we're thinking "this will make you look good in the 13 seconds you have between getting up and getting the kids up", rather than "this will make you look good but takes six hours and £3000 to achieve".

Cream blush - yes, I want brands. My new No 7 one is shite.

Exfoliate with a synthetic exfoliating mitt and a very moisturising bath/shower gel every day. Moisturise any dry patches on your body after every bath (at least once a day).

Get a ped egg

Having lovely feet is a great boost to morale and easy to achieve.

Throw away all full lentgh mirrors, then you won't have too see how bad you look.

put makeup on -you aint that good looking that you don't need it...unless you're 12

Don't listen to the fishy one. Beauty flash balm is ace under tinted moisturiser.
