Please do our swine flu vaccine survey (yes, another one)

Back in August, we asked if you'd have the swine flu vaccine if you were pregnant, and/or if you would have your children under five vaccinated.

Now the swine flu vaccine programme is being rolled out and, as predicted, pregnant women are one of the first groups to be offered the vaccine (at a later date it may also be offered to children under five).

So we want to find out if your thoughts about having the jab have changed since we last asked you.

Please can you complete this short, four-question survey. Everyone who does will be entered into this month's competitions.

There wasn't the option to indicate that I am both pregnant AND have a child under 5 so need to consider for both of us.

How do we know if anyone in the family has been diagnosed with swine flu when no diagnosis is taking place right now? 2 of my children might have it right now but I have no way of knowing.

Exactly Dumbledoresgirl... we have all had various flu-ey colds/coughs fevers over the sum mer and this autumn.... haven't been actually diagnosed for anything yet though....
