I haven't been posting much lately and I did miss the end of the Daily Mail debate.

So, I come back after some time away - and its all gone funny. I guess lots of people have namechanged ...

Or did Boldies actually happen?

nothing more that my updates on the thread.

SHort version, he was seen this morning by doctor, will be seen again next week (what he told me), still being assessed (all I got out of the ward staff when I rang). He's on some sort of medication and he sounded more "normal" today.

DS's are coping ok - would have coped better this evening if I hadn't totally lost the plot with DS1 and yelled at him and made me cry. I'm going from just feeling like I've done my shoulder in again (like when I tried to get rid of that pampas grass earlier this year) and the whole thing being surreal and wondering if it really happened, through to not being able to sleep because every time I close my eyes "feeling" like I'm back there on Tuesday morning - and everything in between.

Been a shock being thrown back into "single" parenthood again. Was hard last year and I knew it was coming having to deal with the boys on my own, long lonely evenings etc etc, but it's much harder when I'm still trying to get my head around what happened on Tuesday.

god. its a terrible terrible thing.

mail me if you want to talk ever. in a couple of weeks it will be old news to a lot of people, but its with you forever - so don't be shy about it

Thanks - I've added your email to my list of lovely MNers who have said "email me if you want" but don't be offended if I don't - I have a list of about 10 MNers that said the same thing to me last year and I never got round to emailing them, not to mention the dozens of CATs I got as well

Thankfully I remember from last year there while most people my crap and bizarre life there was a few that stuck around. Once the current thread is full I shall start a new, less dramatically titled and less shocking title and just keep blethering away. Possibly to myself most of the time - but it kept me sane last year talking to myself on here so guess it can't hurt to do it again.

I'm sorry thumb - once you find my thread (not hard to miss -it's in chat - alarming title - disturbing content) you'll understand why name changes have been one of the last things on my mind

absolutely mate! I've just sat and read the whole thread and posted there. Sorry for previous flippancy now! but perhaps it adds a bit of normality?

just replied to you on there. But yes you're right it does add a bit of normality. Though I'm not really sure what that is at the moment.
