sorry

Theteathings · 14/08/2009 19:46

done. Am pg and have 5 yr old. Do I count ?

EccentricaGallumbits · 14/08/2009 19:59

done but not much use as am neither regnant nor have under 5s. lthough as a HCW will be getting it first unless I can think of a very good reason why not.

SlartyBartFast · 14/08/2009 20:40

not actually sure if dh has it but nhs web site gave him an id number for Tamiflu
which he of course won't take.

done, although not sure my answer to question 2 is right, i answered 'probably will' but that's only in ds2's case as he had pneumonia at birth 6 months ago and i feel he's high risk if he gets it. the older 2 i don't think i would tbh

Although I've got differnet answers for each child, DD being egg allergic but if she weren't I'd be vaccinating both

Have completed the survey but wanted to add a small point:

Under ages of children, I have put 4 and 6. But I have twins aged 4 - there is nowhere on this survey (or any others that I've completed) to indicate multiples. So according to the survey I have 2 children, but I have 3...

I know it's splitting hairs, but it just feels weird not to be able to say I have two 4 year olds, don't know why. Just thought I'd mention it...

i have the same problem as pink tulips (not to be picky) but i would probably give the vaccine (if offered) to one of my under 5s but not the other one (they are different ages). but there is now way to indicate this on the form. hey ho.
