unused nicknames

is there any way of getting a unused nickname?
I have always wanted to be twoshoes, but someone has it, but never uses it.
could there be a swap or a way we could give up the ones we don't uses?

So shoesy = 2shoesy = 2shoes ?

I was going to say that there's also a Shoshe, which IMO is very similar to Shoesy. I don't know her at all, just know that the name excists.

I'd definitely bid for Ses. Gets frustrating having to think of variations just because someone else once used it. (Although I'm quite proud of current version! )

I did the same as lissie - I bought Rusty at the auction because I get called Rusty all the time. I used it for about a week (in fact I was using it at the end of May two years ago, so I'd guess that's when the auction was - where did that time go?) and then started to miss the bear bit, so I changed back.

But I don't want anyone else to use it because it would get confusing, so I hope it's not going to get put up for sale just because I haven't used it for two years.

However, I wouldn't mind if you wanted to recycle AmosStarkadder, JudithStarkadder and MarySmiling, which I only used on a Cold Comfort Farm thread and which I have no particular attachment to.

You could also remove PCMumsnet, who made an appearance in a particularly rowdy bar one evening (I think it was the one where Shoshe was pole dancing) as I don't suppose I'd be allowed to use it any more anyway....
