Fair question - answer really is as SD said - it's more of a one thread at a time, rather than the same thread for ever more, rule. As we see it, the reason for having a one thread policy is to stop a proliferation of threads on the same issue, so folks could easily hide them if they were bored of/irritated by a particular subject. The intention was never to stop discussion altogether, so it seems sensible to let this thread stand. (Having said that from a cursory glance our inbox there have been some dodgy comments on the thread to put it mildly, we've deleted some but we will be going through it and removing a few more, I suspect). Thanks for asking.
