Euro symbol

Is it possible to use a euro symbol on mumsnet?

On my keyboard its Alt Gr + 4 (ie theres a $ on top of the 4 and a euro symbol to the right of it). On mumsnet its appears as a euro in the message box, but appears as a ? on the thread.

The Euro is not important - hence the reason MN do not have amechanism of us reproducing it

I'd like to know.. when your asking tech.. why do some a lot of the alt/number pad keys work on post but alt0128 doesn't?? ( just so I don't look like a complete spamming loony)

Morning all. I've spoken to BigTech about this and it's now on his list of things to fix.

I have to say, though, that said list is pretty long at the mo, so it may be a wee while before we can trade Euros properly...

I guess we can just barter or trade in a non monetary fashion for a while
