you can now choose your topics but then the results show all topics anyway

I've got the same problem. Tells me no topics selected but doesn't give me the option. (Firefox on a Mac)

Hmmm. OK, will flag up with BigTech as soon as possible (but sorry it could be after Easter). So when you click on 'choose topics' you're not getting up another box automatically?

Hello. I am having problems with search too - am I being really thick. I am trying advanced search, but when I click on Search all Messages, nothing happens. I am left with the same screen. I really really need to find a thread from last Novemberish, on which I was posting . . . .

HelenMumsnet · 14/04/2009 10:56

Hello.

MarlaSinger and elvislives: The Choose Topics function is indeed not working in MN Classic (sorry).

BigTech is on the case.

If you desperately need to search by Topic in the meantime, try MN New - which seems to be working fine.

Notquitegrownup: That sounds most odd. How are you searching - by keyword or nickname? or time? And are you in MN New or Classic?

MarlaSinger: BigTech says he's fixed the Choose Topics function in Classic.

Could you have a go, please, and let me know if it's working for you.
