Can we have a topic purely for budgeting?

I think it would be a good idea. rather than having to search the who;le site for what to make to feed four with £2.50, people could just look in Budgeting. There's a lot of Skintness around!

You wouldn't look in saving money topic? It's meant to cover budgeting really - maybe we should think of a new name then?
