A while ago we asked you for your top tips on surviving/avoiding colds. You may have read the tips here or in a MN email.

If you post the name of the Mumsnetter you reckon has come up with the best tip on this thread, then, thanks to Kleenex Anti-Viral Tissues, you'll be in with the chance of winning £500 of Center Parcs vouchers.

If you've already voted on this thread, don't worry, your name is in the hat.

Some Mumsnetters have more than one tip on the list, so if you're voting for one of them, please specify which tip you're voting for.

Hope you're all clear (and we're not talking nasal passages).

The absolutely final (honest) closing date is midnight Wed 4 March.

expatinScotland - garlic, vitamin C and elderberry.
( I swear by raw onion myself - although have yet to discover whether it works on the immune system or just means no-one gets close enough to infect you.......)

WinkyGirl · 26/02/2009 20:05

Rosa - air the house daily - my favourite tip

ScoobyDoo · 26/02/2009 20:07

Loads of garlic, vitamin C, elderberry extract (Sambucol) and sleep (though sadly you can't get the latter delivered by Sainsbury's). Expatinscotland

The best advice I think is from Thumbwitch (2nd post I think), stay away from the GP surgery.
