How do I "un-Classic" my mumsnet?

Have been internetless for 10 days so apologies if this has already been done. I did try to search for answers!

When I log in and go to set my preferences I get the option to have Mumsnet Classics. I clicked the button but, having now seen what it looks like when I am not logged in, I much prefer it. However I can't find a button that allows me to change back from Classic view to the new view. Help please!

So are you all sorted now, Malkuth? Hope so

HelenMumsnet · 11/02/2009 19:31

Yes? You called?

HelenMumsnet · 11/02/2009 20:17

Ah, OK, I see. Thought you were questioning my Mumsnetness

And I also see your point about it being confusing to have MN New listed down there under Colour Schemes.

Will mention it to the powers-that-be in the morning.

I've no idea, Norktastic but I will ask

Littlefish: So you've pressed Save Changes in Cutomise (are you definitely pressing the Save Changes button in the right section?), then what do you do?

HelenMumsnet · 11/02/2009 21:00

Littlefish: yes I can see that must be VERY frustrating.

Have another go (sorry) and try hitting Shift and Refresh (or Shift and F5) a couple of times after you've done all the Save Changes thang.

Norktastic: have you seen Tech when you say 'Sort it out!'? I think I'll ask him very politely if he wouldn't mind taking a look instead...

Oh dear

At the risk of sounding REALLY patronising, are you doing this:

Click Customise
Scroll down to Active Conversations and Searches
Click on arrow by Number of Threads in Active Conversations and select 100
Click SAVE CHANGES button underneath Display all Topics line
You should now get the Cutomise page again, showing 100 when 50 used to be in Number of Threads in Active Conversations
Click Active Conversations (to get you back to Talk)
Check if working; if not, press SHIFT F5 a couple of times.

Oh dear, oh dear , I don't know what else to suggest, I'm afraid.

But I will pick BigTech's brains tomorrow and let you know what he says.

Hi Littlefish, are you still having problems?
