MNHQ - while we are talking about the new set up, can I ask

At the top of the page, under the Mumsnet logo are a series of links, saying Conception, Pregnancy, Babies etc etc. Can I ask why there is nothing there for those of us who have older children?

Sorry that this hasn't been answered yet. Erm I've been on maternity leave so I actually don't know anything.
I'll bring it up at our next cakefest meeting.

I've already answered you on this somewhere haven't I Saltire? No? Oh well sorry must have pressed back instead of post...

We are having lots more content hopefully in the next few months - teens, travel, education, food, relationships to name but a few

We did these ones first for a few reasons:
a) we're doing books on preg, babies, toddlers so we could nick stuff it made sense for folk who might visit MN after seeing/reading the books.

b) people have a lot of questions when they're pregnant/ got young babies - if you analyse google search, there are many more searches for pelvic girdle pain than there are for nits.

c) because we think if we get our mitts into folk early on then they'll never leave

But we'll be rolling out much more for parents of older children soon - as soon as soon can be - ie as soon as that gerry pulls her finger out!
