Rather than us having to rely on the rumour mill grapevine to find out who is and isn't a troll?
I have no desire for this thread to become another long rehash of past trolling incidents but I have realised that it is in fact pretty hard (and sometimes impossible) to work out who was and wasn't established as a troll from the archives. (threads often get pulled, leaving no trace, and chat of course disappears anyway).
So I wondered if a permanent place for MNHQ to post the banned names might be helpful?
I actually do think that it is important that we know, but of course others may (will) disagree.
