On an iPad, not using the app. The only way to make them go away is to reload the page. What’s going on?

Morning, all. We're having trouble replicating this and tracking down the ad that's causing the problem. Next time it pops up, if anyone could click on the ad itself and then post the url here, that would be really helpful. Thank you!

Morning @Shedmistress. This one looks slightly different in that it's not covering the entire screen. Are you able to just close the ad using the 'x' at the top right of the ad? Or does it allow you to scroll past it?

Hi again, and sorry for the delay here. We thought we'd resolved the NatWest ad issue but we're looking into it again now.
@NoCommentingFromNowOn and @EffectivelyDaydreaming please can you let us know where you're seeing the Boots ads - have they been appearing on multiple threads? If either of you can provide a screenshot so we can see how they're sitting on the page, that would be a big help. Thank you.
