Massive ads covering the whole thread again

On an iPad, not using the app. The only way to make them go away is to reload the page. What’s going on?

Yes I always use Duckduckgo for Mumsnet. Mumsnet on the app and on chrome was becoming unusable!

Yes, massive ads here again. Surprised anyone wants to buy it with these constant issues tbh.

Tinyspiny has posted an image - same as I get. That’s all you can see. I think it might be NatWest, from when I rotated my screen in desperation.

I had the massive ads all day yesterday (not sure what for, just a black screen as above) and ask the AutoTrader ad which opens regardless of where on the screen you click

I get it on the Ipad too, I try and remember to use DuckDuckGo for MN because of this sort of thing but as I use safari as default I tend to forget, I am generally pretty good at ignoring ads. It’s really annoying.

I've been getting these annoying ads too using Silk browser on my Amazon Fire tablet.

Me too, almost impossible to get rid of it!

I’m using that on my iPhone and it’s now going tits up in many other ways.

The bookmark function is buggered, for example.

No annoying ads though, thank goodness.

I'm still getting the black ad with purple sides, no idea what it's for as it completely locks the screen up if you press it

It’s NatWest, if I click on the purple side bits it opens a new tab with the NatWest homepage in it.
