Massive ads covering the whole thread again

On an iPad, not using the app. The only way to make them go away is to reload the page. What’s going on?

Morning, everyone. We've made a change that should have fixed this issue now. If anyone is still having problems with the Natwest ad, please let us know here.

Mine wasn't natwest and yes still there.

Morning @Shedmistress. This one looks slightly different in that it's not covering the entire screen. Are you able to just close the ad using the 'x' at the top right of the ad? Or does it allow you to scroll past it?

No scrolling or closing. Only closing down the page works.

Hi again, and sorry for the delay here. We thought we'd resolved the NatWest ad issue but we're looking into it again now.

@NoCommentingFromNowOn and @EffectivelyDaydreaming please can you let us know where you're seeing the Boots ads - have they been appearing on multiple threads? If either of you can provide a screenshot so we can see how they're sitting on the page, that would be a big help. Thank you.
