Hello MNHQ! I’ve been locked out of my Hotmail email for the past two weeks; it’s been a huge ball ache and I think it’s permanent as 2FA doesn’t work either and I’ve exhausted all avenues. Anyway, I have changed most of my log ins but just tried to change my Mumsnet account and it says I need to click the link sent to my OLD email.
I can’t do that.
Can you let me know how to change it? I figured this might be the easiest way to get in touch as if I email you from my new email address there’s no way to tie it to this log in.
I’ve been here forever and don’t want to lose access.
