I keep getting this message. Has anyone else had this and managed to solve the problem? I notice there's no longer page numbers, could this be part of the problem?
I hope someone can help me solve this, it's very frustrating!

Thanks for letting us know. The “failed to fetch more replies” message means the site’s having trouble loading additional posts, and it can sometimes happen if something’s interfering with the new way threads load. In the first instance, can you please clear your browser cache and see if that helps?

If no joy with that, please check whether you have any of these installed in your browser:
Ad blockers: AdBlock, Adblock Plus, uBlock Origin, AdGuard, AdRemover, Ultrablock, Malwarebytes Browser Guard
Privacy tools: Ghostery, Privacy Badger, Disconnect, Firefox Tracking Protection, DuckDuckGo, VeePN
If you do, try temporarily turning them off and then refresh the page to see if the replies load properly.

If you don’t use any browser extensions, it’s also worth checking whether your antivirus software (e.g. Norton, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Sophos, Avast) has a web or tracker-blocking feature that might be interfering- try disabling that briefly and reloading the page to test.

Let us know how you get on. Thank you.

Thanks for trying, @Michino - it's worth checking your broadband speed, too. (I like the Which one.) Are you noticing other sites slow to load or just Mumsnet?

In any case, if it happens again, let us know. It might be the Avast, tbh. It's tricky with these issues as it could be any number of things but hopefully we'll pinpoint it asap.

Broadband speed test - Which?

Broadband speed test checker that gives a more accurate indication of the speed delivered by your broadband provider. Check response time, download and upload speeds. Easy to use
