Hi, thanks for reporting this. We know it’s frustrating, and it’s tricky to pinpoint exactly what’s causing this issue but we are actively trying to find out.
If you’re able to browse the site and take a screen recording to capture when it happens, that would be a huge help in figuring out what’s going on. If you’re not sure how to record your screen, just let us know and we’ll be happy to guide you through it.

Morning, everyone. Thanks for the additional info on this. We're still looking into it and anything you're able to share with us is really helpful. Obviously the most useful thing would be a screen video of it happening but we realise that's hard to capture, but screen shots of the videos when they appear would also help, as well as any information on what the ads are for, which threads they appear on etc. Thank you.
