Why are the people emoji changing sex?

I have noticed the last few days that every time I post 🤷♀️, it is automatically changed to a boy !
im not alone apparently, what is happening here?
I sincerely hope that mn are not changing skintone on poc posters too!

No they are appearing automatically when they change my girl to a boy !

I'm very confused though because the 'boy' one you're posting doesn't appear overly boy like to me. What emojis are on the iPhone? On Pixel I've got 3 options so can post 3 different ones on MN, (Man, woman, either) all of which are pretty androgynous anyway.

Here it’s very difficult to make them bigger but there are more and they were clearly women or men , Apple introduced a more androgynous one but left the rest as they were , I’m sorry I can’t fit more on and make them bigger.
