Hidden thread - how long does it take to be reviewed?

I started a thread in Chronic Pain yesterday and it's been hidden until HQ can take a look at it. I presume it's because it's asking about medical cannabis - it went straight to hidden as soon as I posted it. Does this kind of thing just stay hidden forever or will it get reviewed eventually?

Hello @namechangeaaargh thanks for posting. We've unhidden your thread now - sorry about that. We usually get to these things pretty quickly but during busy times it can take a bit longer.
