Why can’t I reply to posts?

I can start a new one but not respond to a current one, don’t understand it - am I missing something?

Hi @Brownbearwhitebear - really sorry you're having trouble, it sounds very frustrating. Please can you let us know what device and browser you are using? E.g. safari browser on iPad. It would also be good to know if you would you be happy to join a quick call with our tech team? It would really help us to see exactly what's going on so we can try and find a fix. Please let us know and we can get something booked in. Thanks so much for flagging this!

Hi all,

Thanks so much for your patience. Just to update you - we’ve now released a fix for the issue with the post box not showing, so you should be able to post as normal again.

We are aware of a separate issue affecting a small number of posters, where an error message pops up relating to usernames when trying to post a reply. We’re working on a fix for this, but if you do see this error, please could you let us know? If you do encounter issues, you won't be able to respond here so please email us on [email protected]. If you can include a screen recording or screenshot of the error, it would be a big help.
