Disable Adblocker when I'm not using one?

Why am I getting pop ups to disable an ad blocker when I'm not using one? I was seeing Mumsnet ads prior to this change today. After clicking proceed a couple of times, I can no longer browse the site. Whatever software Mumsnet has employed to deal with this issue isn't working.

Thanks for flagging this. Could we ask you to double-check that you definitely don't have an ad blocker running? Ad blockers are the most common cause of this issue (they’re often used as Chrome extensions). Could you also check whether ad blocking is enabled on your router?

If there’s definitely no ad blocker running, could you let us know what device and browser you're using to access the site? Could you also tell us if you're browsing in incognito mode? Finally, are you using any antivirus software that might have ad blocking enabled?

Sorry for all the questions - your answers will help us investigate what's happening so we can get it sorted as soon as possible.
