Jet2 ad constantly popping up

There's an advert for Jet2 that constantly pops up when I'm on Active Threads. I can close it but it pops back up again after a few seconds even if I haven't refreshed the page.

It covers the navigation bar at the bottom - sometimes takes up about half the screen but sometimes when it pops back up only the top of the ad shows.

I'm using the mobile app via Samsung Internet on Android.

I assumed it was deliberate on the part of Mumsnet

Hmm, but it makes the site almost unusable so it can't be.

Definitely not ready for my next adventure with Jet 2!

Yes, it's not the worst but it's very irritating. Jet 2 are dead to me.

This is still happening. I keep leaving the site as it is so annoying but when I come back on it is still doing it.

Having the same problem too. So counterproductive as I will now never book a Jet2 holiday. I wish you could just click not interested on the bloody thing .

I'm not seeing it today. But like others, Jet2 has now earned my eternal enmity.

It’s not popped up for me today on any of the threads so maybe it’s been fixed.

I haven't seen it again since yesterday so hopefully it's been fixed.

MNHQ have been posting over the weekend on other threads on this board, so a bit bizarre this one was ignored when they usually do respond quickly on irritating ad threads.

Morning, everyone. We're so sorry we missed this thread over the weekend. We've had a look at this ad just now and it looks like it has corrected itself and shouldn't be a problem any more but if anyone does have any more issues, please let us know here and we'll get it sorted.
