AIBU to ask what on earth this ad is about? *Trigger Warning* Sinister Image

What even is this? This ad is regularly shown in my Mumsnet feed. It's previously had some very odd text on it too; I can't remember the exact wording (something like "How did you die?") but it seemed pretty sinister... Is anyone else seeing it? Any ideas?

Hello @TheITCrowded we're moving this across to Site stuff now so it doesn't get lost. These ads are bypassing our filters (and the same across many websites, unfortunately). If possible could an MNer please on the App or desktop share the click-through URL as this helps us find and block? On the App you can hold with two fingers and copy ad details without actually opening the ad. On desktop, you can right-click and copy link address. (On mobile you have to click through and we'd imagine you don't want to!)
