AIBU to ask what on earth this ad is about? *Trigger Warning* Sinister Image

What even is this? This ad is regularly shown in my Mumsnet feed. It's previously had some very odd text on it too; I can't remember the exact wording (something like "How did you die?") but it seemed pretty sinister... Is anyone else seeing it? Any ideas?

I see that as well, I scroll past quickly as it's weird and disturbing and I don't want the algorithms to think I'm interested!

Yeah, the face was something else before, maybe a doll of some sort? The face appeared a day or two ago...

I was scared to screenshot it... but it changed to a lovely diamond ring 😂

I've had the hair picture a few times, don't know what it is and don't like it!

It's actually wool. I couldn't stand it any longer and had to click on it 😂

On the right it looks like a very old image of someone with a hair lip without surgery. Not sure why it's attached to a wool seller on etsy. 🤔

Yes it’s weird stuff sold on Etsy.
The face is a man affected by Leprosy. Very distasteful to sell stuff like this imo. Looks Victorian and they were very into so called “freak shows”
No idea what furry thing is.

I have that too - it’s weird. Am trying to figure out who I’d hate enough to ‘gift’ that to.
