Adverts with fake wounds on peoples faces

I'm not clicking on them but I am seeing these adverts appear on Mumsnet -

It won't let me upload photos directly so here are the screenshots

It's obvious to me the wounds are faked but there domestic violence victims on here who might get upset seeing them.
