Kitchen Aid Advert - giant pop up covers the whole screen

Basically that - there is a giant kitchen aid advert that just suddenly covers the whole screen.
really disruptive and it's backfiring as I will never want to use them/buy from them...

yes, I have had the same thing happen several times this morning, it covers the whole screen and a certain amount plays before the close button appears

Please could you share some screenshots of the advert, as it appears? If you could also let us know what part of the site you're on when you see it, that would be really helpful.

I feel the same for forced tv adverts - but on a positive note I have an oven, microwave, induction hob, blender and pans from kitchen aid - all fantastic still after 7 years,. And no I don't work for them.

I've had this twice, once a few days ago and once tonight. Using Bing on a laptop. Tonight it came up on the "Words you can't pronounce" thread. I don't know how to send a screenshot.

I haven't had it happen again, but will try and screenshot when it happens

Just had this happen to me, just browsing around the usual threads I frequent. I'll try to screenshot it if it happens again.

Just had it pop up again - on Active threads, I think about funny book recommendations for an 8 year old.

Takes up the whole screen and the close X only appears in the top corner after a few seconds.

And literally just after I posted the above, it happened again when I clicked on Active threads.

I had it yesterday using chrome on my iPad.

Came here to say this! It's quite annoying. I sometimes can't get rid of it and end up going to their site involuntarily.

It has just happened again. Four times and counting this morning!
