I cannot believe they have a bloody chickens topic and not a music one.

Cappuccino · 30/03/2008 18:55

or terraced house-dwellers

I tell you we are under-represented

thing is with larger families if they all congregate there we can hide the topic and pretend that we are the hardest working parents in the world

bonus

yes cod and you have three boys

and I have two girls

I don't know what we find to talk about

we should be immediately separated and given our own separate topics

mine will be for parents of two girls in terraced houses

foxinsocks · 30/03/2008 20:35

lol I thought this the other day

the topics are completely out of hand now

I mean if they can have larger families then the next one will be smaller families surely (in terms of number of kids rather than shortarses - lots of them on mumsnet )

WideWebWitch · 30/03/2008 20:36

lol

Cappuccino · 30/03/2008 20:38

yes fox we will be all divided up

parents of one child (boys)

parents of two children (boys/mixed/girls)

etc

then mn will start feeling really small and community like and people will be able to say it is just like the good old days

yes let's do that

PeggySioux · 30/03/2008 20:39

I would like a topic just for fecked off grumpy pregnant women who look as though they're about to pop but actually have a couple of weeks to go. That way I will avoid contact with people who say "Oooh, any day now then!!" and I will end up punching fewer people in a 24 hour period. Probably.

yes peggy good point

I don't want to talk to pg women anyway anymore

nothing personal

foxinsocks · 30/03/2008 20:43

I don't want to talk to people in terraced housing with 2 girls. I can't see what I'd have in common with them given that I'm in terraced housing with a girl and a boy. World's apart.

It's farking ridiculous.

I want a topic for people who don't like topics. An antitopic.

Cappuccino · 30/03/2008 20:45

this is the reason why we are not friends fox

that one boy makes all the difference

I bet if I met you at a party I would just know, and I would avoid you

Kindersurprise · 30/03/2008 20:45

Oi, leave Gransnet alone or my mum might venture out here to the rest of MN and spy on me make new friends.

Don't get the chicken thing.

Surely there are more music lovers on here than chicken keepers

just have another cod and then you can come on the larger families threads

Cappuccino · 30/03/2008 20:49

I have no moped so I will not talk to Fio either

even though we both have kid with CP and her dd has my name

no I will not do it the mopeds are the final straw

foxinsocks · 30/03/2008 20:51

coal fire?

and you have one more child Fio. I can't possibly talk to people with more than 2 children because I don't understand their needs.

Yes, I'd spot you Capp. With your girly girls. And then I'd turn away and look for someone else with a boy. It's a sad fact.

lol

but then it would be Mums of One boy

Mums of two boys

Mums of three boys

Mums of larger families with only boys

it's endless this lark (and endlessly ridiculoso)

snice · 30/03/2008 20:58

Anyone got a woodburner?
I would like to be able to talk to other MNetters about different types of wood and their burn efficiency.
But only if they had a girl and a boy.

No1ErmaBombeckfan · 30/03/2008 20:58

Do you think Nestle should be a topic all on its own???

foxinsocks · 30/03/2008 20:59

we could have a wankers who ski topic as opposed to skiers who are wankers
