Pages refreshing

I'm using the desktop option on my iPhone, pages keep refreshing and taking me to the top of the page so I have to scroll down to find my place again.
It's frustrating, especially if it's a long thread.

Sorry to hear this.
Is your browser up to date and can we ask, have you tried clearing your cache? Sometimes, browsers store old information and it can cause issues.

Morning, everyone. Could anyone having this issue let us know what device and browser they are using please?

What would be even more useful is if you could get a screen recording of this happening. We appreciate that might be tricky, but if anyone is able to that might help us work out what's causing this. If you email recordings to [email protected] with 'screen recording - page refreshing issue' in the subject line, that would be brilliant. Thank you. Flowers

Hi all

Not an update but a workaround - we managed to replicate this by viewing 100 posts per page. When we switched back to 25, the issue disappeared. Please could you do this temporarily?

We're very much still investigating this but it isn't a quick fix, so this would help in the meantime.

I have sent a screen recording. It’s inconsistent for me as to whether it takes me back to the top or not.
