App logging me out

Why would the app suddenly log me out of my account with no warning?

I’ve created a new account in case of privacy/security issues but it was irritating having to do this.

Can we ask which device type (Android or Apple) you're accessing the app via?Once we know which device you're using, we can investigate any problems and hopefully get this sorted for you.
