Click on it and it comes up with a message about it being down for a few minutes - a week later same message

We think it may well be a cache problem on your browser, which should be fairly easy to sort from your end.

If you don't know how to clear your cache, you can find instructions on how to do it here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

If that doesn't sort the problem out, please don't hesitate to come back to us and we'll have another look into how to solve this.

Hi again @MikeRafone . Yes, if you have a look at that link there are also instructions on how to do this on a mobile device. It's slightly different but there's a step-by-step there. Let us know how you get on.
