ad covering screen

This ad covers the whole screen, and I can just about nearly see one line of Mumsnet beneath it, and I have to turn off and turn on again to clear the screen

The adds are AWFUL it’s making the site unusable.

Between this and the sex toy ads someone in marketing is really loosing the plot at MN@MNHQ

Is there any chance anyone might sort this out or even communicate with users on these issues?

This keeps happening to me too, on every thread pretty much. On an android phone.

I'm on a Google Pixel and it's happening to me. I'm not on the app.

This is driving me crazy. I've had to give up on Mumsnet several times today. Ads on top of other ads!

Same things happening on my iPhone mumsnet. Different adds. One for toothpaste . Diamond white bundle or something. My phones fully updated. Finding it incredibly hard to read anything on here with the add taking up most of the screen.

Just to add i’m using safari. I’ve cleared the cookies etc and it’s still happening unfortunately. Also tried logging off and on again

Me too. Android phone. And really shit shammy adverts for nasty jewellery and stuff, not even typical adverts

Just use the app? Not a single ad on the app

Not to mention the app is super simple to use and much faster than using Web browser

I cleared the cache/cookies but the ad is still there - I’ve had to log in all over again to comment on this thread. I can guarantee that fewer than 1 in 10 of this suffering these infuriating ads are actually taking the trouble to comment 🙄🙄🙄 (iPhone on safari)

Not on the app. It's half my page. iPhone latest what ever that is and Safari. Honestly half the peg!

All the half page ads I can see are "sponsored by first dibs". Currently being offered a gardening trug.

Me too, on Google, Toast ad. Fine on chrome though so have changed to that for now
