Sending a chat PM. Strange happenings. Two main problems.

As I am typing, the thread resets all our posts back to when we started. It shows the inaugural post (last November). So I have to move the slider to show the one I am replying to. Then send.
I type and send and the message disappears. I refresh (F5) sometimes it posts sometimes not.

Minor irritations are delay of one or two seconds after a key stroke and delays in receiving messages.
Any suggestions about what I am doing that is'wrong'?

Hi again @Emilypost . Thanks for getting back to us with all that info. Could we ask you to try logging in with a different browser and trying to send a test PM to see if that works? You can send one to me if you like?
