I used to be able to, but now I get an error message from MN which says it’s too big. I have no idea how to reduce the file size. 🤷♀️. Is this a fault as it didn’t used to be like this but has been this way for a few weeks now.

Hi there @OntarioBagnet. Nothing should have changed at our end in terms of what you can upload, so it might be that your settings in terms of the way photos are saved have somehow changed? The maximum size for our uploader is 6mb, which is pretty big so should be ok. Maybe check the size of your photos in case something's going wrong there, and you should be able to resize them before uploading. If you're still having trouble, could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting and we'll see if that gives us any clues.
