iPad os16.1 problem with safari

I’ve been trying to access the page through iPad os16.1 safari and it won’t let me log in, shows error 400? Also keeps showing me a pop up that the page has expired and asking me to refresh and it won’t. Eventually it allows me to click cancel but the page isn’t clickable.

Sorry to hear you're having such a frustrating time with this. We think it may well be a cache problem on your browser, which should be fairly easy to sort from your end.

If you don't know how to clear your cache, you can find instructions on how to do it here: www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

If that doesn't sort the problem out, please don't hesitate to come back to us and we'll have another look into how to solve this.

Please could you provide screenshots of the error message and try accessing the site in incognito mode - let us know if it persists when incognito?

Thanks for providing those screenshots, @TheIsaacs - can we just ask again if you've tried using the site in incognito mode? We need to know if the problem persists when you're viewing in incognito so we can try to establish what's going wrong here.
