We need your consent page - on repeat

Anyone else getting the consent / cookies / data blah page every single time they click on anything?

If you follow the instructions below the consent pop up should stop appearing once you've reselected your preferences.

iPhone & iPad
Navigate to your settings
Click on ‘Safari’
Scroll to the bottom and choose ‘Advanced’
Click on ‘Website Data’
Type ‘Mumsnet' into the search box
Swipe left on ‘Mumsnet’ and choose ‘Delete’

@Ramblingnamechanger - we're glad it's worked for you. We posted this thread on Wednesday to explain that we're updating our cookie consent tool. Hopefully we'll have things sorted for everyone else very soon!

Hi all - thanks for the info. We're aware of a number of users finding this issue with Duck Duck Go and hope to have it sorted very soon.

Could you also let us know what happens when you scroll on the page? Does this make any difference to the consent box?

@Datun and @WorriedMillie - here are the instructions for iPhone/iPad and Chrome.

Clear all cookies

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app
At the bottom right, tap More ⋮ > Settings
Tap Privacy > Clear Browsing Data.
Tick Cookies, Site Data. Untick the other items.
Tap Clear Browsing Data > Clear Browsing Data.
Tap Done

Oh, and also...it's worth updating your browser to the latest version as we think that may also be a contributing factor.
