Being logged out again!!!

Hi @mnhq this problem is back! I've been logged out 4 or 5 times in the last 2 days. I'm definitely ticking the 'keep me logged in' box.

I'm using the inbuilt Samsung browser on Android.

Also, the 'start thread' button on Active doesn't work for me - just refreshes the page. I managed to start this by coming to Site Stuff and starting the thread there.

And finally, I'm having real issues with the site being slow. I keep clicking on a thread only for a completely different one to open. It's as though the page has scrolled but the display hasn't 'caught up'.

Any idea when these issues might be fixed?

Hi both

We had some other users experiencing the log out issue but it looks like it has been fixed for some of them. Can you let us know if that's the case?

If not, please can you

make sure the 'keep me logged in' box is ticked?
try clearing your cache and make sure your browser is up to date.

I keep having problems too with the Mumsnet app.
It works fine at home but once I leave my house it's the only app that doesn't work.

Can we just check - is it the android or IOS app your using, and can we make sure you're running the latest update? Can you talk us through the issues you're experiencing?
