I like that when you start a thread you can choose any of your previously registered usernames. I like that you can choose which topic it goes in. I like that it is really easy to
swap between different ways of adding emphasis.

Anyone else have a positive thing to say?

I love it too! Looks much cleaner and much simpler to add a link, picture etc.

I don’t NC very often but that feature when starting new threads sounds so much simpler than farting around with the settings!

I like that the OP is shown at the top of each new page on a thread, without having to specifically click ‘show op’. That sometimes used to cause the page to refresh and you’d lose any half typed reply. So much easier when you’re replying to a long OP or after reading 6 pages of posts.

I also like the quote within a quote within a quote feature.

I like the way it saves more than 50 'threads I'm on' (although the total is a bit scary).

Oooh I don’t think this was a feature before, on ‘watching’ and ‘I’m on’ you can now view threads you’ve started. I used to have to advance search myself to do this😂

I've hardly used it since the new launch, but apart from the initial shock of change so far I like it too! Having more white space is more relaxing to me (I hate visually busy sites), and the extra emojis and easier formatting is an improvement.

No idea about the option to chose your username before posting as it only gives me my usual one 🤔

you were able to type whichever of your usernames you wanted to use with the previous version of the website though.

I couldn't when starting a thread. I could when replying but on my device I had to go to settings if I wanted to start my own thread.
