What is going on with this site? I can’t access my original account on my tablet and have had to create this account to ask you ?????
password is being rejected too why bloody change it , it’s awful

I've had murders with it today. Can't post on some threads, can't watch threads, active full of zombie threads. Bloody dreadful.

Can't do any support or help stuff when log in as user e.g. username change. Message below is displayed

I am hoping it is not (gulp) just me, but every thread on chat I click on is showing an error 500 message telling me to try again in a few minutes. I gave it an hour an tried again and same thing.

Sex and Gender board has been doing that for me. I can see there are new threads on it but I get a 500 error if I click on any of them. It's been like that since the change.

Android phone using Chrome or Samsung Browser.

Also get server 500 error if using Firefox. It works if I use Edge.

Updated- worked briefly with Edge- now getting Server 500 error on Edge too.

I can’t comment using the app on any threads and every time I use the safari page it logs me out after every use. I also wish that when I click to view watching threads it would take me to the last read message like it does on the student room…..that is a much better system rather than scrolling through to try and find where I was last at 🙄

It is crap - particularly the fact that it is impossible to see images despite clicking on them they remain miniscule.

Further update on FWR Sex and Gender board - if anyone is interested.

I can see the suboard on any browser and I can open and read threads on any browser as long as I'm not logged in but if I log in I get a server 500 error. It's only happening on that sub board.

Hiya have you tried this?
First of all, log in (again, ugh, I know)

Go to Talk -> CUSTOMISE -> Talk settings ->
Manage hidden threads and topics -> (press the button) -> Hide a topic -> scroll down -> unhide a topic. Select sex and gender from here (it will appear in the Hide a topic box)

Give it a go, crossing fingers for you

Pita. Had to get new email and new user name to get access, wouldn't accept previous details. Wouldn't let me in. Very annoying indeed.

To echo @FlibbertyGiblets Check your hidden topics if you keep getting error 500 across all the links in one section. I've never hidden a topic but some of my frequently used ones were doing the 500 error after the update and when I checked they were listed as hidden topics in my settings (even though I had never done that)

Thank you ! Sex and Gender was "hidden" which is absolutely rubbish. I definitely didn't hide it.

It looks awful. I am logged in on the website but unable to post or reply anything unless I use the app which I have had to put on my phone.

I've turned my phone on and off but to no avail. I cannot use the website at all and the app is a pretty dreadful layout.

Yes, I discovered Chat had been hidden, too. So weird. They need to add topics randomly hidden and generating error500 messages to that long list of things that need addressing after the... big change.
