What is going on with this site? I can’t access my original account on my tablet and have had to create this account to ask you ?????
password is being rejected too why bloody change it , it’s awful

Top tip re FWR however in sex and gender I get the 500 error. The 500 error also occurs in AIBU. v annoying but nothing compared to those of you who have lost their old usernames, that is awful :(

I’m moaning because MN seems
to have forgotten my login in details and I’m having to revert to an old account. I’ve lost all my history. It claims not to know my password.

its pissed me off so much I’m not interested in the new changes.

My watched threads have also been culled. I was watching one for years waiting for it to become relevant to my DS with SN. Can’t find it on search.

Trending was my main tool and it’s gone tits up.

I can't quite believe how bad it is! I feel sorry for the developers, who if they have any sense must have left a pile of clothes on a beach somewhere and vanished to assume a new identity overseas.

What's weird is that the simple things that once worked (e.g. view 100 messages, go to last page, notifications of new posts on threads) no longer work at all. And apart from a superficial "new look" (e.g. gappier line spacing), I can't see what the old site was sacrificed to achieve...?

Sorry, MN! Good luck sorting it out, hope you have some very strong tea available.

Something else I’ve just found and don’t like….if I posted on the old site, and clicked on the thread via Notifications, it’d take me back to the point in thread where I posted, so I didn’t reread. The new site doesn’t do that.

How many zombie or unrefreshed threads do I have to wade through today? It's pretty bad and I can't see anything that's better to make up for it!

I am hoping it is not (gulp) just me, but every thread on chat I click on is showing an error 500 message telling me to try again in a few minutes. I gave it an hour an tried again and same thing.

Sorry MN but the update is awful.

Every time I click on a topic it looks as if the top three or four threads are missing. I can't work out how to see the whole thread so it's in pages which means extra clicks. Also it logged me out for reasons unknown.

It also looks really ugly.

Constantly being logged out, trending page full of old threads, whole site is misaligned and looks terrible. It’s frankly embarrassing. It looks like a site from 2002! Oh and all the stupid jumping ads!

I agree it's awful. This isn't just a few glitches, I'm afraid. I suspect we're talking about weeks of 'fixes' before a bigger decision has to be made - and I rather imagine we'll be stuck with this.

What on Earth is happening?
I subscribe to MN, I have been on here since the very first days.
I have to press on Accept and Close for cookies every time I click a link.

On one page, I can find my watched threads, on another they have disappeared.

Active is full of Zombie Threads….

In last two days, it's not saving bookmarks so I have to scroll (for days!) to find where us got to previously. Also had to sign in again on app.
