Its loading now but uts still jumping around. One minute I'm.typing a post the next I've clicked on something and I'm off the page.

Well I cleared my cookies on my iPhone to log in but failed to realise that I would lose my Wordle score!

I couldn't access on the app this morning but logged in on safari, on my phone, and I'm now able to use the app. So there's a suspension of the launch? I had worried there'd been a cyber attack.

Yes we reverted to the old site at 6.50 this am because we weren't happy with the speed of the new one when more users came on. We'll do some more simulated testing and iron that out before trying again. Will let you know when. Not a cyber attack.

I seem to be on the site on the mobile (not app) on iPhone and it's blank past home page

It was a nightmare earlier, nothing loading, crashing etc on android phone browser. I opened a picture in a post and there was no way to close the picture again which isn’t normally an issue,

i'm back on now (desktop) but huge, full lenght ,distracting, moving adverts for Adidas etc each side of the posts. Horrible....

@YellowAndGreenToBeSeen you can delete cookies from specific websites on Apple devices. Here is an instruction that I just used: osxdaily.com/2012/06/10/delete-site-specific-cookies-ios/

Hey we've put a fix in for this but it might take a little time (an hour or so) - meantime try opening a new tab or if you know how to use incognito mode that should work (but realise this might be challenging too!). Very sorry for the trouble .

I've cleared cookies but active convos still doesn't work, just says oops

Cookies cleared, can't access anything through active conversations.
Can only go to talk page, pick a topic ad then it works, but can't get to active, which is how I'd normally do it.

No, no codes needed. We're still on the old platform, but when we move the new you'll just need to login again. That's unlikely to be for a few days now, as we've some more performance testing to do. We'll let users know before we try again.
