Is trending now broken?

Using the mobile version of the website and trending now is just Christmas stuff.

Come to see if it was just me missing trending but obviously not! On chromebook.

Trending was here this morning, now gone this afternoon. iPad safari.

gone again -laptop, Chrome

Gone for me - Macbook Chrome. I'm sure it was there this morning.

Can we have trending back please?

Well, the Christmas threads disappeared. But now so has the entire Trending box! Or is it just me?

Am also noticing the Trending box is intermittently there or not.

Ads - I've turned the Fox and Badger one off. I must have been to their site at some point, but I don't really want my child seeing the some of the lingerie advertised.

It'll be almost unusable on desktop soon,. You have to be SO careful with your mouse so as to not inadvertently roll over an add, or you have to be so precise it just gets boring and dull.

I feel like I have to one up the clever site developers who are trying to make us click on ads.

Yeah, I know that's how you earn money, but other sites seem to manage.

I am also missing trending on the DuckDuckGo mobile browser. Thought it was just me as sometimes stuff doesn’t work on DDG.

This is DuckDuckGo on iOS 14.7.1 but also appears the same on Safari

No trending on Microsoft Edge on Windows desktop...

Trending box at the top right of the screen has gone for me as have the options for a "Trending" and "New" tab at the top of the Active Chat lists

Hi - thanks for the screenshots and reports. We're looking into this.

MN has been running slow for me for a couple of days and often showing the 'oops not working' page. The trending box has now gone, as I see it has for others.

But every cloud, and all that...because - hip, hip, hooray! - the awful auto-playing videos have also gone!!! I don't want that bit 'fixing', thank you very much MNHQ. = bribe.

I can't see trending at all now. I thought it was a site redesign that I could only see the trending box and not the tab anymore, but now I can't see it at all.

It's so very strange.

I can't see Trending at the top right either, it's terribly irritating as I use it a lot. It was there this morning.

I'm on an iPad, running Safari.

Been on here today, on Chrome, and Edge, and on my smartphone. 'Trending' is not showing on any of them.
