Cant change username

Can anyone help? Cant edit my name in the username box. I can access the page but wont let me change anything.

Hi @mrsjennilou, sorry you've been having trouble changing your username. We think the fault was at our end - can you have another try now? Hopefully it'll work from now on!

Hi @DawnMumsnet I have found this thread after having problems changing my username. Same as previous posters, I can access the page within settings but cannot change my name. Can you help?

@Hungryinthefridge and @OnlyClothes - unfortunately we can't see any reason why you can't change your names. Can you both please let us know which device and browser you're using and which version of the site (desktop, mobile or app)?
