I totally agree. Yet we aren’t voting with our feet. Some people are even paying for this sub-standard experience. Baffling.

I keep getting 'nothing here maybe you've got no internet connection' on the app but the internet connection is fine.

Yep, been off for about half an hour. This is getting ridiculously frequent and I'm glad I've decided not to pay.
