No longer able to have 1000 messages per page

Is everyone else the same? I can only select 25, 50 or 100 messages per page now when previously I could select 1000. That option isn’t there anymore.

Viewing 1000 messages per thread is only available to those who registered prior to 2016 - it's likely that swapping devices updated this for you. Sorry about that. Flowers

Hmm, that's strange. Have you only ever had the one account with us or is there any chance you were using an older one?

We're trying to work out what's gone on here but we're not entirely sure! With your previous phone, were you using the mobile site?

I used to have 1000 too, then it dropped down to 500. Where can we find out our joining date, please?
