I am not advocating that MN introduce an annoying feature, and it is annoying, and then allow people to pay to not have it. As far as I am concerned, my payment was a donation to help keep the site open for all, and I don't want anything special in return.

I don't like it either. "Threads I'm on" is fine and I don't like the new red thingy. Did I say I don't like it? Well I don't.

I’m getting notifications for threads saying “13 seconds ago” when there has been no activity since yesterday.

It’s annoying enough if it’s every time someone posts but it’s even more annoying when it’s not even related to anything.

@MNHQ please get rid of this notification feature!!!

JustineMumsnet has just said on the other thread that they will enable us to turn it off but it may take a few days for the fix.
