What is with the earwax advert?!

Is it just me? I keep getting these adverts about how to get rid of earwax, with a horrible picture of earwax on a finger! It makes me feel sick to see it.

And I definitely haven't been googling about earwax!

I've been getting that loads - I thought it was my fault for looking up earwax on t'internet, but it would appear not.

FWIW, in spite of looking the subject up, I find the ad gross too.
